“Had my first appointment here and it was a really good experience. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dental work, but my hygienist was very kind and walked me through everything and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. “My name is Tezera Mogess. I walked in here on a Friday Afternoon and it was one of my better decisions in life. There was a no show, and I was able to receive a cleaning immediately. They are fully equipped and provide a great supportive experience throughout the process. I don’t get the impression that they will overcharge or try to convince you to make unnecessary procedures. “Dr Young has a wonderful chairside manner, is very professional and so kind. I take my 92 year-old mother there to have dental work done. Desspite her impaired hearing and challenging dental needs, he shows great patience and respect. He recommends and explains procedures so that the patient makes an informed decision. My mother says his skills are superb (teeth extraction and denture adjustments). He makes every effort to ensure the dentures fit properly and even accommodated my tight work schedule for driving my mom. The staff are always nice and cheerful. “Great staff, great service. I've only had one other dentist in 27 years of living in Toronto, and he was a creep. Guess I've been w/ Dr. Young's clinic since at least 2008. @Notka 2014 : Did it ever occur to you the receptionist might be talking to a customer who was _also_ Filipino?? Maybe they know each other well, maybe even personally aside from the clinic? Granted, maybe not a demonstration of award-winning professionalism, but try not let your bigotry hang so far out in here. We're all just reviewing a dental clinic. :)”Read moreShow less

“My whole family has been seeing Dr. Young for over twenty years. Friendly service at reception, amazing hygienists, and always an informed visit with him.
