“Not happy with our assessments or the service. My partner and I purchased the ergonomic assessments earlier in the year. We were told we would get customized plans, and what we were given were some general worksheets that anyone can find on the internet. When I brought it up with our specialist she said we were supposed to get a customized report, which took even longer to receive. When we finally got it, it wasn't much help, everything was pretty standard. The report didn't look very professional either. Finally when it was time to pay I asked if I can pay by credit card and they said no. I asked how we can pay and they gave no response for another 10 days. I asked again and they rudely told me to send a check. What kind of company doesn't have multiple payment options? I haven't needed checks for over a decade. Also I shouldn't have to hound them to tell me how to pay them. Everything about this experience was terrible and I wouldn't waste my money with it again.”Read moreShow less
