“Great atmosphere, I enjoy booking my appt's online however, it's a challenge to get the therapist you so choose. Even when put on a waitlist. It's like they force you to pick others. “Terrible communication!! I purchased a gift card for my sister and when she went to cash out they said they used the gift card however they ended up charging her credit card they weren't authorized to charge. We've been trying to get ahold of them and it's been almost 3 business days and no reply to emails or calls. “I suffer from chronic neck, shoulder and back pain as a result of a workplace accident i had 17 years ago that cost me part of my right arm. I have been to numerous massage therapy clinics trying to find one that could help me reduce my pain level before I decided to try Hands on Health. I always avoided going to Hands on Health because their fees were slightly higher than other clinics but that was a mistake. The extra fee dollars are definitely worth it. I have seen all but one of their therapist and they are all amazing. Friendly, professional and very caring. I highly recommend Hands on Health and can not sing their praises loud enough.
