“I had my first visit at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa and wow… I get the hype now 😍 I recently moved to the area and decided to try them out, and I’m so glad I did. The space is super calming, clean, and instantly makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. As someone who’s a bit picky about self-care services, I was really impressed. My esthetician TAJARAH was amazing—so gentle, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my skin concerns (dryness and breakouts). The facial itself was a 10/10… it was SO relaxing I literally almost fell asleep 🤭 My skin felt incredibly clean, hydrated, and glowing after, and I loved that I got helpful product recommendations without feeling pressured at all. “I’ve been a member at the beaches location for more than a year and I always come back for one reason: Harsha. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always asks and tailors each session to any old or new aches in my body and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. You are lucky to get an appointment with him as he can book up quickly. The front desk team is very warm and welcoming—I have not had a question or request they haven’t been able to answer or fulfill. I also like that they offer a good variety of Dermalogica products that I cannot get through Sephora and that I can conveniently repurchase my go-to moisturizer after my massage. “Today I got to experience my first ever massage at head and stone spa. I had an amazing experience, the front desk staff were so welcoming and sweet. The lady who did my massage did a really good job , she was very respectful and respected privacy. The location is easy to find and it is very clean. “Harsha was the best!!!. I highly recommend Harsha he listened to my concerns and accommodated my needs. Harsha has healing hands and he's pure magic🙏🙏✌️. Unfortunately my facialist was kind and sweet but the products irritated my skin and left welts. I felt like my facial just consisted of applying product after product removing one and applying another with no stimulation. I did say that something was burning or irritating my skin. I came home my husband couldn't believe the look of my affected skin and I looked older. My eyes had so much stuff on them and in them. It was a disaster. “Overall. quite a bit of disappointment of the massage. It was not deep enough and iI never felt that my muscle tissue was touched and my feet were not touched. It was all surface and pushing my skin back and forth. Without knowing how to say this properly in the past, i have massages where i have been close to a small amount of pain where the massage person has found knots in the muscles of my shoulders and released them. Hand and Stone massage person was all superficial in terms of just touching the surface. After the experience I was not satisfied (at all). Sorry, but I wont be back because of this.
