“Absolutely unacceptable customer service. As someone who was formerly an assistant manager for the same company, I fully understand the credit card policy and the importance of securing appointments. However, policy does not excuse incompetence or poor communication. The appointment was already booked, and your front desk staff failed multiple times to properly process my credit card information because their own system was down. I was specifically told to call back later. I did call back and attempted again to provide my card information, only to be told the system was still not working. So no, this was not due to negligence on my end. Like most working adults, I was busy over the weekend attending family obligations and personal matters. Expecting customers to immediately drop everything over the weekend for administrative follow-ups is unrealistic. Despite this, nobody contacted me to warn me the appointment would be canceled. Instead, I found out the SAME DAY as my scheduled appointment that it had been canceled without notice. What makes this worse is that I had a back injury and genuinely needed this appointment. Finding another appointment on the same day is nearly impossible. The complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and communication is honestly embarrassing for a company that should know better. This was handled terribly from start to finish. Your staff need better training, better communication skills, and a serious lesson in customer service.”

“The are fraud and scammers. Keeps charging my credit card even after I have cancelled my membership within 24 hours as they have said in their form. I have reported them to my credit card bank as well. I got classic facial plus microdermabrasion but all that was done just 3 layers of oil, cream or stomping and nothing was cleansed out only the microdermabrasion took out some of my nose and forehead blackhead but this is the second day and it’s all back and my nose blackheads were not even removed but my disappointment is with classic facial nothing gets done so what’s the point of paying $120 for that and $160 total of basically a little black head removal”

“I had the pleasure of receiving a 5-10 minute scalp massage from Kavita Kovvuri at the Hand & Stone booth during the Business Expo, and it was incredible. Honestly, it left me longing for the full experience! The entire staff is fantastic all-around, huge kudos to Layton, Erin, and Adam for their great leadership. I highly recommend this location!”

“I am writing to share feedback about a massage I received at your spa today. Unfortunately, my experience was not relaxing and left me feeling quite upset. The treatment room was very noisy, and when I told the therapist she didn’t change the room. Additionally, the massage technique felt unprofessional. The pressure used with the hot stones was far too intense and uncomfortable, and it did not feel like a proper massage. I also noticed that the therapist was wearing loose plastic gloves during the entire session, which felt unpleasant and unusual. I don’t want to be touched with plastic gloves at a professional centre. Maybe she doesn’t like to touch people’s skin. I can’t find any other reason for this and I had not seen this before. Because of this discomfort, I decided to stop the session about twenty minutes before it was scheduled to end. I also felt disappointed with how my concern was handled at reception. When I explained that I was unhappy with the service, the staff simply said “sorry” without asking any questions or showing concern about what had happened. I would have appreciated a more respectful and professional response. There were three people there and none of them seemed to care about my experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future clients do not have a similar experience.”

“I wish I could have awarded more than five stars! The service was exceptional at all points of contact. From the receptionist, Adam, to my brow waxing technician, Breeana, to Nicole, who performed the full leg waxing, it was a truly outstanding experience. It is rare to encounter such excellent customer service these days, and I was genuinely impressed! Oh and the service did not end when I walked out the door, did I mention the post check in to see how my skin was reacting?? Oh yes they did! “I have been going to Dani for facials and Liliana for RMT services for some time now. I can't recommend them enough. They are both 10/10. Dani is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin. And always has the best recommendations for treatment and services. Liliana is an excellent RMT and I feel so much better when I receive consistent treatment.”
