“As a Hand & Stone member, I've visited several locations including Markham, Ajax, and Richmond Hill, and unfortunately the Pickering location has consistently been the most poorly organized. Almost every visit involves some sort of confusion—appointments aren't recorded correctly, scheduling details seem mixed up, and checking out is often a frustrating process. If you're trying to use a gift card, expect even more delays, as staff frequently struggle to process transactions smoothly. There always seems to be an issue that turns what should be a relaxing experience into an unnecessary hassle. “The massage table was on an incline but with the legs up and the head down. It was so uncomfortable with blood rushing to my head and presssure on my neck. The massage therapist tried to help but had no idea how to flatten the table. Not a great experience but I appreciate her trying to fix it. Unfortunately worst massage because of the awkward position. I have never had this problem at the 3 other locations I've been too (Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Markham)”Read moreShow less

“As always, I am much more relaxed after leaving Hand & Stone than when I first walk in. Sam is a great RMT! Tiffany is my regular skin care specialist and knows exactly what my skin needs. I'm glowing, relaxed and my skin is happier.”

“This is my go to place whenever I need a relaxing massage. I highly recommend Linda. She is very patient, understands your concerns and knows exactly how to work on your tender points and get rid of the pain. She is very knowledgeable. “I had Mollie for a 50 min massage and she did a great job! In fact, many of the therapist are very good. My only issue which I seem to get often is room 4! It should be turned into a closet. I would enlarge room 5 by taking some of 4 and that would make better sense. Even the staff agree! I am going to start asking for upstairs only room.
