“I booked the Brighten & Hydrate Advanced Bundle for $229 in this clinic . Unfortunately, I was not happy with the results. The treatment gave my skin a noticeable glow, but it only lasted for the day of the facial. After that, I felt there was no visible improvement or lasting change to my skin. For the price, I expected more significant and longer-lasting results. I spoke with the esthetician afterward and explained my concerns. She told me that the immediate glow from a nano-infusion treatment is usually most noticeable within the first 24–48 hours and that the longer-term benefits often require a series of treatments, along with a consistent, customized skincare routine at home. She also suggested less expensive treatments and skincare products. While I appreciate the explanation, I feel that a treatment costing nearly $230 should provide more noticeable results without requiring multiple follow-up sessions. In my view, a facial should leave a lasting improvement, not just a one-day glow. Overall, I was disappointed with the value I received for the price.”Read moreShow less

“Relaxing facial experience and zero pressure advice. Highly recommend Hand & Stone and in particular, Paislee, if you are looking for a place to relax and have your skin assessed. Paislee gave me some helpful advice on how to tweak my routine to support my skin and also get the most out of the treatment I had booked. At no point was there any forceful upselling or pressure to add a bunch of extras to the service, which I have experienced during other facials elsewhere.
