“I had an amazing experience with Elizabeth! She gave me one of the best facials and scalp massages I’ve ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained the products and techniques she was using and tailored everything to my skin’s needs. The scalp massage was so relaxing and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. “Usually its a great visit as I have used this location often for massages. I decided to try and book a facial and that didnt go as planned. I booked and selected any provider and had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth. I wanted to ask a couple questions about the add-ons, specifically for dermaplanning and the ones I booked which are 10$ - 30$ add-ons. Elizabeth changed the subject to another service (a special, which is usually a $170 to $210 add-on) now I can appreciate a business upselling products, however; after my first refusal she went back to talking about the special. I tried again to redirect the questions and answers to the services I booked. Elizebeth I guess felt uncomfortable and asked me to leave, refusing to do my facial. Customers book these services to relax and again understandable that its a part of her job to upsell products. I do have a right to refuse the upsell and be direct if its not an interest of mine. I spoke to the receptionist who offered me a massage for my timeslot instead. She did do a great job. However, it occurred to me that I will now always have to try and avoid this woman lol because of her inability to hold a conversation. When I asked about this the receptionist agreed and mentioned that there are other estesticians. Unfortunately, I will not remember to avoid this individual because of their feelings so I opted out and will now have to look for a new facility. I would give the location a 4 star for massages, however; because of their inability to service me for a simple facial and this estestician perhaps could use more people skills, I give a 2 star for wasting my time.”Read moreShow less

“My husband and I both had massages yesterday at this location. We had the same massages therapist in back to back sessions and it was a terrible experience. We informed management and are not satisfied with their attempt at a resolution.”

“I want to give a shout out to Tanya at the front desk. I went in yesterday to get my mom a serum for her Christmas gift and Tanya's customer service was unmatched. She was warm, friendly, attentive, very helpful, and her vibe and smile were genuine. I've been to this location a few times for massages and a facial and it's always been a great experience. From phone calls to the actual service everyone is always so welcoming but the experience I had with Tanya yesterday was so refreshing and really stood out to me, to the point that I had to write this review!
