“Victor Yang is truly exceptional. This was honestly one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at what he does. From the moment the session started, it was clear that he understands the body in great detail. He was able to identify areas of tension and work on them with precision and care. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with significantly less pain and stiffness. What impressed me most was his attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping his clients feel better. “Went for my first massage and Hand and Stone and it was a pleasant experience. Tracy was amazing and I felt so relax after my session with her. Definitely recommend.”

“I had a massage with a therapist named Summer, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. She spoke loudly and continuously throughout the entire session, which made it impossible to relax. Even after I requested lighter pressure multiple times, she continued applying very firm pressure. At one point, she asked me to lift my head and look at her while she explained how to improve my posture, which completely disrupted the session. The constant talking and sudden loud volume startled me repeatedly during the session, and I’ve been dealing with an intense migraine for hours afterward. Toward the end, she repeatedly mentioned her schedule and encouraged me to rebook with her every three weeks, which felt inappropriate given how uncomfortable the experience had been. A massage should be a calming and restorative experience, but this felt stressful and overwhelming.”Read moreShow less

“Had my first facial here and it was a great experience. Hauni was gentle, professional, and very pleasant. She did an excellent job with exfoliation and blackhead extraction, and also shared helpful skincare tips for my daily routine. Highly recommend!”

“An absolute delight every time I visit! One of the things I appreciate most is their large team of massage therapists, which makes it much easier to book last-minute appointments. That said, Jill and Summer are my favourites. They’ve been incredible throughout my pregnancy, making each prenatal massage both positive and truly beneficial. They take the time to customize every session to your specific needs and preferences, and they’re very intuitive about where extra pressure or support is needed.
