“Both Ryan (the technician) and the front office staff were very helpful. Ryan thoroughly assessed my gait and foot movement and then explained the mechanics of my foot and what the orthotics would do. He took the measurements that day. They were ready in 2 weeks custom made for my feet. They submitted a claim to my extended health provider after I obtained a prescription from my doctor. Super happy with the service and my orthotics.”
