A very pleasant experience! Julie was lovely, put me at ease and gave me sound advice in my cleaning routine moving forward. The staff at the front were very polite and professional. ⁷Will definitely be back!

Got my teeth cleaned with a regular checkup and had a great experience. Front of staff very accommodating and pleasant. Hygienist was also very thorough with the clean. Will definitely return to the clinic.

I had my teeth cleaning today and Parvin was the sweetest and she did a really great job. She’s a definite asset to the company. Everyone in the clinic are really nice actually, from the receptionist, hygienist and Doctors. They explained to me everything clearly and i’ll be coming back soon for another appointment. Been coming here for a year now and never had a bad experience. Good job!

I had an outstanding experience at Hamilton Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dentist was incredibly skilled, professional, and took the time to explain every step of my root canal treatment, which really put me at ease. The procedure was virtually painless, and the level of care and attention I received was exceptional. The entire team was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my comfort and recovery. I'm extremely happy with the results and grateful for such excellent treatment. I highly recommend Hamilton Dental to anyone looking for high-quality dental care. Thank you for giving me back my smile and relieving my pain!

I cannot recommend hamilton dental highly enough. The team (everyone) is so friendly and immediately put you at ease. The doctors are so nice and the 'bedside manner' is awesome. The facility is spotlessley clean and everyone is treated with utmost respect. Ive been going here for 3 years and always been delighted.

It’s been half a year so I decided to leave a review that hopefully this could help someone 🙏🏻 The only positive thing about this clinic is that they accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and cover 100% of the fees. However, the savings are absolutely not worth the physical pain and subpar care. 1. Traumatic Wisdom Teeth Extraction I had four wisdom teeth removed here last year, and I still deeply regret it. The process was incredibly painful—and I mean during the actual extraction, not just the recovery. The dentist was extremely rough, impatient, and completely rushed the procedure. I could literally feel my teeth being violently yanked out. Furthermore, the anesthesia was poorly managed; I felt it wearing off and needed 2-3 top-ups during the surgery, and at one point, the numbing fluid was forcefully sprayed up my nose. 2. Long-Term Issues & Over-Treatment It has been over six months, and the extraction pockets still haven't closed properly. They constantly trap food and still hurt from time to time. Despite my ongoing discomfort, the clinic constantly messages me to book more filling appointments. I actually ended up switching to a different dentist and paid out of pocket just to get a second opinion. The difference was night and day. The new dentist was completely gentle, and I felt zero pain. More importantly, the new dentist advised that some of my minor cavities didn't even need fillings yet and could just be monitored. This makes me deeply worried that this first clinic aggressively over-drilled my teeth just to maximize insurance payouts. 3. Poor Communication This clinic pushes for every service possible. I explicitly told the receptionist I wanted to hold off on my fillings after the traumatic extraction experience, but they ignored my request, failed to inform the dentist, and kept pushing through treatments even though I told them I had a strict time to leave. While the front desk and support staff are very nice and polite, the actual dental skill, technique, and patient care workflow here are terrible. Save your teeth and go somewhere else.

My family and I have had a wonderful experience with Hamilton Dental Clinic. The level of care, professionalism, and customer service from the entire team has been consistently outstanding. A special thank you to Dr. Deep Thakkar, who has been helping my mother through the denture consultation and treatment process. He has been patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout. What impressed us even more was that he took the time to have a look at my wife’s teeth when she was experiencing some sensitivity after a recent cleaning, despite not having a scheduled appointment. My own experiences with regular cleanings at the clinic have always been excellent, and my wife also had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Onur Cavus. The procedure went smoothly, and the care she received before, during, and after the treatment was exceptional. I’d also like to recognize Harpreet, who has been incredibly helpful during my mother’s treatment planning process. He has provided excellent customer service, patiently guiding us through treatment options, financing information, and next steps. The hygienists, front desk staff, and the entire team are friendly, professional, and always make sure patients feel comfortable and well-informed. Their follow-up and attention to detail really show how much they care about their patients. I highly recommend Hamilton Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a dental team that truly puts patients first.

This is the best place to come to for any dental work. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They explain everything in detail and always ask if you have any questions and will take the time to answer all of them. I didn't think they could get any better, but they did. I just had my cleaning done with Zajal, and she was amazing. Very kind, giving me breaks in between, telling me little tips to help keep my teeth and gums all good, just so great. Everyone there is amazing. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs any dental work.

Dr. Peter Markho was absolutely amazing with my two emergency left wisdom extractions during my pregnancy. He worked with me and my needs and showed compassion when I came in, in pain and barely able to open my mouth for them to examine. His patience was outstanding and I am extremely thankful. The procedure was fast and well done and is healing 10x better than my last extraction did by another dentist and practice.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the staff and dentists were friendly, but I got weird vibes from the place. I thought I had left a review before, but I didn't. I switched dentistry and I'm glad I did. The x-rays went well, they had this nice machine and it was easy enough to get those done. They showed me the x-rays and explained what I needed to get done. My cleaning went well so until that point it was a good experience. Now things felt a bit like a place trying to hook you up to a payment plan. I have also heard other customers there having a hard time, because they charged them more than they had allowed. At the time, I didn't have insurance so I was paying out of pocket. The whole transaction felt uncomfortable as if they were trying to convince me to book my next appointments and that it would be fine because they offer payment plans. After I repeatedly said no thank you, they kept asking me why not what's the reason. NO MEANS NO! That is very unprofessional. You are a dentistry. It felt like someone was trying to get me to join a pyramid scheme. Which gave me very weird vibes and that completely destroyed the trust. Afterwards, I started getting so many phone calls about getting my next cleaning done, getting this and that done. I didn't answer at first, but after so many phone calls I did and again they kept asking the personal questions, why not what's my reason. Who cares about the reason! If people say no IT MEANS NO. I asked them to stop calling me and I found another dentist. Thing is, at my new dentist, they took my X-rays and the things they told me there were a bit different than at this dentistry. Payment plan is a good option, but it seems that they use this as a power move to get you to spend more. I'd suggest getting a second opinion before you proceed.
