“I had the true joy to work with Erin, when she had her studio on Vancouver Island. I was in an accident that seriously disrupted my life close to 8 years ago. When we moved to Vancouver Island, I wanted to find a talented Pilates teacher in addition to the Pilates I was doing in Vancouver. The Pilates Teacher I worked with in Vancouver introduced me to Erin. The gift was these two beautiful ladies worked in collaboration developing a plan that work best to continue to support me in my recovery from an accident and in managing Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. This is what I love about Pilates, is the collaboration with other teachers and making the individual changes to meet each client where they are during each session. Erin's attention to detail, making adjustments to the movements made a profound difference in helping me continue to get stronger and manage my limitations. I am incredibly grateful to have done 1:1s with Erin for several years. I will openly admit working with Erin has made a profound difference in my life. Highly recommend Erin as she is such a talented Pilates Teacher, meeting each client where they are.”
