“I am a new client here and Svetlana made me feel so welcoming and comfortable. I had a Brazilian and she was so gentle and calming as I was a little nervous since my last Brazilian 2 yrs ago. She walked me step by step with her countdown and reminded me to breathe. She truly is a gem and her technique and experience puts you at ease. She has a great personality always smiling and she also has good music going. After my first appointment getting a Brazilian I have gone back the following month and will continue with her because my experience was so great and she’s the best. “Wax on, Hair off, that simple. I get waxing quite often every 3-4 weeks and been doing so for 20 plus years. I’ve been to the worst of the worst and the best of the best and I tell yah Lana is the best of the best. She did an amazing job with my Brazilian. I have thicker curly type hair (TMI I know) and the waxing that was done was virtually painless. I was left smooth and no irritation.
