“I’m super appreciative of both Mizar and Isabelle. My 1-month at OPEX was a great learning experience, not just with workouts, but also understanding what specific exercises I need to focus on to reach my goals. They also gave me some really helpful tips on how to adjust my eating habits to support my progress. Both Mizar and Isabelle are incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to answer my questions and offer advice during my training sessions. The gym itself is awesome, super clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the equipment you could need. Since it’s a reservation based setup, it never felt crowded and I always had space and access to everything I needed. Even just doing the 1-month intro helped me learn a lot about my body and what I need to do to healthier, stronger. I would highly recommend trying them out, you won't be disappointed :) Thanks again,”Read moreShow less

“Good morning everyone!!! I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a real training experience. It’s a private, small setting but packed with major work. The space is well-lit, smooth, quiet, and serene. The trainers are out of this world. On my first day (now in my second week), they did a thorough assessment and after the workout, I felt muscles I never even knew I had. Since then, I feel better about myself and what I can accomplish. Since starting, I’ve become more active and confident. I even bike now for 5 hours instead of just one — all for my own benefit and to burn calories. The team is incredible: Fabiola is a great motivator and a wonderful person who pushes you and builds your confidence. Ana is inspiring, takes the time to teach the right techniques, and really cares. Mizar and Isabelle are amazing — they encourage you to listen to your body and your heart. These people are your FAMILY — that’s the best way to describe this place. It’s all about connecting with your inner family and improving yourself for us. It’s worth every penny to train somewhere you feel welcomed, needed, and wanted. After every session, I feel a thousand times better about myself and my goals. The gym is clean, warm, and inviting. The sauna and ice bath (which I’m eager to try) add to the experience. Trust me — someone like me, who never thought I’d go to a gym, has pushed myself to the brink and it’s been worth it!”Read moreShow less

“My wife and I have been going to the OPEX gym in Old Montreal for the last several months and absolutely love it! My wife started a month or so before me and convinced me that I had to join since she was so excited by the gym. We've never been gym people but the folks at OPEX make it so accessible and friendly!”Read moreShow less

“Before joining OPEX Montréal, I struggled with consistency in my gym routine, which led to a lack of confidence and discipline. I felt unhealthy and disappointed in myself. Since becoming a member, my experience has been completely different from other attempts to solve these problems. OPEX Montréal offers a community of accountability without any pressure, making me feel supported by both trainers and fellow members. The changes I've seen have been profound—I feel stronger, healthier, and more knowledgeable about fitness. It's easier now to prioritize my health, and this has positively impacted my overall happiness and confidence. If you're considering joining, just remember that physical and mental health are deeply connected. Taking care of your body is an investment in your mind, and your life will improve in so many ways.”Read moreShow less

“I joined Opex Montreal because I was struggling with knee issues and had gained a lot of weight in a very short time; aging and the pandemic were the 2 main culprits for this. It made me really unhappy. I've been with Opex Montreal for 2 years now and although I haven't lost weight, I can see that my body is getting firmer and stronger, which is helping me accept the changes. Going to the gym 3 times a week gives me energy, lifts my spirits after a bad day, and provides some much-needed social contact. It has added structure and routine to my life. If you're thinking about joining, don't be ashamed or nervous—just give it a try! Everyone has to start somewhere. The coaches and other members are super nice, and there's no judgment. Plus, there's a sauna and cold bath! 😊”Read moreShow less
