“Talking about real deep tissue massage? You will never go wrong for choosing Gwen Massage Therapy. If you’re someone who’s active outdoors especially this season: long walks, jog, run, marathons, biking and all that leg works you can imagine, Gwen’s will surely provide you that relief. Even at the first 10 minutes, it’s already a good reliever, then think about up until the end of the full massage!?! I highly recommend and will keep coming back!”

“Gwen is truly a God sent! I have always had aches and pains in my knees, back and shoulders from my years of heavy weightlifting; but after my twin pregnancy 14 months after giving birth to my second son), things were really bad. It was to the point where I couldn’t even do much activity due to the excruciating and constant pain I was in. I kept spraining my ankle, had several knee injuries (was even meeting with the knee surgeon to create a plan to rectify my issues) and would tweak my back as easily as reaching for something in the cupboard. I started going to Dr. Alyssa and she recommended I start seeing Gwen, and reassured me that she’s by far the best in town as she truly knows/understands the human anatomy. I have been seeing Gwen once a week for about two month now and am 90% pain free! I felt an immediate relief after my first session alone. I have never felt stronger and more stable. She has evened out all my misalignment issues (which were pretty bad due to my twin pregnancy). I’m even back to workout out and lifting heavy weight again 5-6 days a week and down 11lbs in those two months. Everyone in my family has even noted how I’m laughing again, going on fun adventures with the kids and husband again and just overall happy again. It’s crazy how your mental health and demeanour is greatly affected when you’re in immense pain 24/7.”

“Gwen was amazing!! Very professional, knowledgeable, sweet & friendly. She inspected my posture after going through the questionnaire that she conveniently emailed me to complete (which also handled the insurance payment seamlessly). I was then informed of which areas were in alignment and which were not, and was given suggestions to correct those to prevent future pain. We did a combination massage (deep, Swedish, hot stone and hot bamboo). All of which were great! I went in with a headache from recent stress and neck tension. She was able to relieve the headache and a lot of the tension, and explained I’ll feel better tomorrow. She also recommended I see a chiropractor. I didn’t realize how much was going on with my body, and I’m so thankful that she educated me on many things to help prevent pain down the road! She was also the first RMT to notice scar tissue along my cervical vertebrae, which was likely due to the 2 whiplashes I had 15 years ago. Amazing! She said I can break down the scar tissue to make them softer by pressing on them (until I feel pain). I was very impressed by Gwen’s service, care and expertise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
