Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  Guided Touch Therapies asks that you respectfully give a 24-hour notice of cancellation if you must miss an appointment.

• Credit card to book

  People who have cancelled on us at the last minute or have failed to show up for a scheduled appointment will be asked to guarantee future appointments with a credit card.

• No late-cancellation fee

  There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  We charge ½ price for the first missed appointment and full price for all others after.

Health and safety

• Reschedule if you are unwell

  If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting, or have diarrhea within 24 hours of your schedule appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel.
