“I went to Guelph Acupuncture for the first time.. last year maybe? And haven’t stopped going back since. I try to go every couple of months or so because it is truly the most delicious kind of reset each time! When I first met Mary Beth and she was assessing my needs/best course of treatment, she suggested “Acurelax” based on my need for relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation. I said sure, because why not? And oh my god - 10/10 best treatment each and every time. Mary Beth uses an essential oil blend custom to your likes and needs (for todays rainy day she suggested rosemary, peppermint, and a little lemon). She gives a massage, focusing on the areas in need (today there was a great focus on my neck and back because of my weather headaches and where I was carrying tension). Then she uses acupuncture (just a few points wherever needed) and finishes off with a massage when the needles are out. I fall asleep each and every time I go, feeling so comfortable and rested when I leave. Also - Mary Beth recommended acupuncture for period cramps..can confirm that was so helpful.
