“Always have a great experience at this office! The whole team is spectacular! The receptionist Makayla was delightful and Audrey who was professional and kind. My cleaning with my hygienist Victoria was gentle and she put me at ease. Dr. Ben is always great and I trust him wholeheartedly. “The entire team is warm, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Having not been to the dentist in several years, I was a bit anxious about returning, but Grover Dental made the experience comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. “Today I went in with pain in one of my molars, and Dr. Ben was outstanding. He took the time to address all of my concerns, explain everything clearly and thoroughly, and put me at ease throughout the appointment. He also created a clear treatment plan, which gave me confidence moving forward. Raman, the dental assistant, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. “My boyfriend recently had a dental emergency and was fortunate enough to get in and see Dr. Mark I was so impressed by the entire experience that I felt I had to write a review. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome from Yoli and Makayla at the front desk the team was professional, compassionate and genuinely concerned about making sure he was comfortable. Dr. Mark took the time to explain and answer all questions which left my boyfriend at ease. The level of care that he received was exceptional. A special thanks to Suzanne, Dr. Marks assistant who was absolutely amazing she was kind, comforting and attentive throughout the visit. “I’ve been going to this dentist for years and everyone here has always been incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Mark is a wonderful dentist and incredibly efficient at what he does. Just today I had to get four teeth worked on and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. I’m not always the biggest fan of going to the dentist (I don’t like the freezing) but Dr. Mark and the Susanna (the dental assistant/hygienist I had today) made sure it was as comfortable of an experience as possible.
