“Group23 was fantastic! My son had a hip injury from playing hockey. We did Prp shots with dr Johnson. He was fantastic with explaining everything & being very thorough. Ali was an amazing nurse as well. Very happy with the results for my son too.Thank you!!”

I have a left side weakness and she has helped me weekly to stay on track with my program. Her knowledge and skills are excellent. “We ended up going to group23 as our physiotherapist Vanessa moved there. My daughter has had excellent results with her. However the customer service is the worst. They always have asked me to pay up front and are never wanting to direct billed my insurance because they are missing a code. However the last drop was last month I made an appointment for a massage therapist that my daughter has been looking forward to after a month of intense competition. We show up and they informed us that the appointment was never made. It should have clued on me that something was wrong as I never received a confirmation email or text. I called to make the appointment so I didnt have any backup proof that I made the appointment other than the record of the phone call on my phone. Well they didn’t have anything available until April because they only have one massage therapist. They made the appointment but again never send me a confirmation. Just today they had the time to call me to let me know we missed the appointment and had a $60 cancellation fee. I forgot to add the appointment to my calendar as I was able to find a massage therapist sooner for my daughter as she still has 2 month of competitions and couldnt wait. I was waiting for the confirmation email or text to call and cancel. Not going back to that place. Never felt treated as we were good enough athletes for them. Hopefully we don’t need to see Vanessa anytime soon. Unless it is a very bad injury she will be the only reason we will be back but other than that there are other places where they treat patients nicer from the time you step in the door.”Read moreShow less
