“Graham always listens attentively, asks additional questions and performs hands on assessments to help him zero in on the issue. He explains and shows me what is happening in my body so that I leave feeling seen, heard and with an understanding of both the cause of my discomfort and the plan for improving it. Graham provides a highly professional level of care with kindness, compassion and humour.”Read moreShow less

“I cannot say enough great things about the team at Grindstone Therapy. I have been going here for years and seeing Graham and the level of service, technique, honesty and overall professionalism is simply unparalleled. The physiotherapists here truly care about their clients and are not like other locations I have been to that have been pushy about booking multiple follow-on appointments to extract extra fees. Additionally, the treatment prices are very reasonable given the A+ quality of service. Aside from friendly and helpful staff that greet you at the clinic, there's always parking available, it is a pristine newly built facility that is immaculate in terms of cleanliness (washrooms, rooms and general area), and has a large weight-room. No matter the injury (minor to major), I have found Graham to be incredibly knowledgeable, able to consistently track down the root of the problem and also takes the time to explain the dynamics of the issue to ensure preventative maintenance and I'm blown away by the fact that Graham is consistently able to identify the issue within minutes related to nagging issues that other professionals have misdiagnosed. His passion for his work and helping clients is immediately evident and having been to numerous RMTs and physiotherapists, I don't hesitate to drive the extra distance to come here for all physio related matters. This place is a hidden gem and Waterdown is lucky to have such an incredible establishment to serve its community.”Read moreShow less

“I had my initial physiotherapy assessment today for low back pain with Kevin. He was kind, personable, and professional throughout the entire visit. The assessment was thorough and helpful, especially for a first visit. It was reassuring to gain insight about what’s likely contributing to my pain and how to move forward. The clinic itself was very clean and welcoming. I loved all the plants! Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend. Thank you!”Read moreShow less

“The team at Grindstone Physiotherapy is fantastic. They work together to solve your issues. I had suffered from chronic pain for over 32 years and had visited many physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors with no lasting improvements. After a few visits with physiotherapist, Erica Zeman Hayes, it was determined that I should try deep massage with Ashley Schutten, their massage therapist. Ashley is a sensational massage therapist. She is highly professional and highly skilled, and checks in with me before each session to go over my recovery plan and makes adjustments as needed. I can't say enough about her and what she has done for me. I finally have lasting relief from my pain. I highly recommend the Grindstone Physiotherapy team and Ashley Schutten, their massage therapist.”Read moreShow less

“Grindstone is an inviting, clean environment for those seeking physiotherapy treatment. Staff members were friendly upon my arrival. My initial assessment with Kevin G involved a series of questions and then a physical examination of the area that was to be treated. Kevin was professional and met my expectations. I also had a better understanding of my injury and approximate timelines for recovery; my family doctor misdiagnosed. Booking appointments was easy (in person, over the phone, or online possible), treatment exercises were immediately shared through an app at the conclusion of my assessment. I look forward to working with Kevin and believe a full, swift recovery is possible.”Read moreShow less
