“I had an excellent experience at this chiropractic clinic. The staff are welcoming, professional, and genuinely care about your well-being. Dr. Mandy took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and create a treatment plan tailored to my needs. After every session, I notice a significant improvement in my pain and mobility. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. “Everytime I go i feel better when I leave. That's the goal isn't it? Who would of known ribs can move , not me. Glad they do though. Dr. Kieran is knowledgeable, friendly and will listen to your concerns and go over and above. I haven't personally seen Dr.Mandy but friends and family have and she gets great reviews from them. Moving to the Jane booking app and direct pay insurances just make it easier. Great to have 2 younger professionals who want to be in our community and build and grow their practice. “On Jan 6 I was in a mva I could barely walk. A staff member told me about Grimshaw Chiropractic. I have been to other Chiropractic before and they never addressed the issue. So it was a good 17 years since being to one.After a week of seeing Dr Kieran I was walking normally again. I highly recommend going to Grimshaw Chiropractic Care Center. The staff is amazing!! “I’ve been a patient at Grimshaw Chiropractor for a long time, and I wanted to share how happy I am with the new ownership. Dr. Kieren Raknerud and Dr. Mandy-Jo Stratuliak have recently taken over the clinic, and the transition has been excellent. I truly believe the clinic has a very bright future ahead under their leadership. Both doctors are young, motivated, and clearly passionate about what they do. As a patient, it’s evident they stay up to date with modern treatment approaches and take pride in providing quality care. It’s great to see that level of energy and dedication being brought into the clinic. Another thing that really stands out is their involvement in the community. “I recently visited Grimshaw Chiropractor after suffering a fairly severe hamstring injury, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Kieren Raknerud was the chiropractor who treated me, and he took great care to properly assess the injury and make sure it was treated the right way. One thing that really stood out to me is that the clinic clearly focuses on quality of care rather than rushing patients through appointments. Dr. Raknerud took the time to ask questions, understand exactly what was going on, and ensure the treatment plan addressed the injury properly. They also offer more services and treatment options than many people might realize. If you’re dealing with an injury, soreness, or another physical issue, it’s definitely worth giving them a call to see if they can help. Their approach goes beyond what many people might expect and can be very beneficial, especially for sports-related injuries. I’ve also noticed how involved Grimshaw Chiropractor is in the community. You regularly see their support for youth sports and local events, which is great to see from a local business that genuinely gives back to the community. “I never even saw the bill—the chiropractor just told me “don’t worry, your insurance will cover it.” When I checked with my insurance, they confirmed I had been charged much more than the standard rate and that they were not aware of any special pricing. If you have insurance, make sure to verify the cost before paying. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this clinic and I will not be returning. Ps : I was charged $250 for the first session and $170 for all subsequent sessions, for only 30 minutes ! They took advantage of my insurance; where is the transparency when they don't give their client an invoice?”Read moreShow less
