“I desperately needed a good massage and booked one a few weeks ahead. The massage room was very uncomfortable in the attic of an old house. You couldn’t stand without hitting your head in parts of the ceiling and in short. The massage didn’t relieve the pain and tension I had, and hurt at times. Also my back hurt the next day from it. I never had a massage like this .”

“Been seeing Dr Cruise for some time. He only sees patients who do the exercises he prescribes. If you don’t, if you only want him to adjust you and instantly improve as if you took a pill, he’ll tell you to go somewhere else. He wants you to heal, and you’re responsible for your health. Sadly, he’s retiring August 2021. Fortunately, Dr Stock who’s taken over the practice, is an excellent chiropractor who also wants patients to do their parts.”

“A very welcoming health centre! The atmosphere is quite comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Mom is getting great results from her Physiotherapist Brandon Broijer! He is knowledgable, patient and kind, but knows when to encourage Mom to push through her discomfort. Since we come from Hamilton for appointments, I really appreciate that the clinic runs on time!! “First saw Dr Cruise maybe 25 yrs ago. After a few others, he was the first to encourage self help with few visits to him. Others could not help me, and encouraged weekly visits, indefinitely. I understand them wanting to make a living. Over the next few years, I did see Dr Cruise for occasional help. Since then I've been able to control my problems with self stretching exercises he taught me. However, last year, after not seeing dr Cruise for close to 20 years, I could not fix myself. I gave in and went to see him. Same good guy, that said he has learned a lot, and gave me alternate exercises. 2 visits was all it took. Now one year later, I had another spell. Did his exercises, and within a couple days, I feel great again. Worth the drive to Grimsby to see this very special chiropractor. About an hour drive for me.”
