“This situation was completely unacceptable. The service from Lebanese employee was already horrible, but it escalated into something far worse. After a negative review was left, the employee confronted and harassed the client in person, in the mall where she works, and in front of multiple witnesses. Instead of acting professionally or addressing the complaint through proper channels, she chose to publicly blame and intimidate the client, telling the client, they were the problem and not her. This was inappropriate, confrontational, and deeply unprofessional. No customer should ever be approached, blamed, or embarrassed in public for leaving a review. This behavior crosses a serious line and shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Management needs to take immediate action. Treating people this way is out of hand and should never be tolerated.”Read moreShow less

“I have never been so stunned to see how a saleswoman can be so unprofessional in such a high class optometrist store. The old Lebanese woman was extremely rude and cold. I asked for her assistance, only for her to give me attitude, as if i was bothering her to do her job. I usually never take the time to write reviews but this type of behaviour does not represent the company at all. Its really saddening that 1 person ruins the whole brand. Unfortunately, this has been a horrible experience and its a shame because they have such beautiful items. Hopefully the management does something about this.”Read moreShow less

“The staff puts lots of pressure and try to force the sale and when I said that I will probably be back as I was still hesitant, I was insulted in Arabic by the older sales lady. Worst experience I ever had buying glasses. Would not recommend.”
