“Amazing service! I lost my glasses while on vacation. Joseph immediately helped me find glasses that suited me and ordered a replacement pair, and did everything he could to get them done urgently. My new glasses arrived the very next day, with no extra costs or fees. I’m extremely grateful for how quickly and kindly Joseph helped me. Thank you so much for the excellent service—I truly appreciate it! Highly recommend this place, everyone is very professional and friendly.”

“I went to get a normal eye exam after several years. It started off good with all the testing. Then the person I was assigned to was Dr. Laura Sabatier , Optometrist . She did further tests and then discussed her finding. That’s when it went downhill and very fast. She started the conversation saying you have an eye disease in your left eye and will need an eye replacement. There’s cloudiness building up behind the cornea. That was all she said and then started filling in a form for me to see an ophthalmologists. After 5 minutes I started asking more questions. I said are you serious an eye replacement. She laughed and said no we can’t do an eye replacement. You need to have your cornea replaced. That’s when I stopped asking questions got my referral and left. I’m in my early 60’s and was totally speechless at this Doctor.”

“I got great experience with Sarah, Mehdi and their colleague. They answered questions about lens performance in hot seasons which troubled me during vacation. They addressed every concerns I had. I am a long time customer although frankly I acknowledge it is pricy but I trust the frame quality and delicate work of lens, especially the thorough expertise and professional service. “Very disappointed with the G&S store at Méga-Centre in Laval. I purchased an expensive pair of Tom Ford eyeglasses in January 2025. I take excellent care of my glasses, but after just a few months, the silver/steel T logo on both sides of the frame started to rust and become discolored. On top of that, the eyeglass case became loose and no longer stays closed, making it useless for protecting the glasses. Since I’m based in the U.S. and only visit Canada a few times a year, I had to wait until July to return to the store and show them the issues in person. The staff told me there was nothing they could do. To make things worse, the receptionist initially asked me to pay $25 just to replace the faulty case. I left the store, but came back shortly after to let her know I’d be leaving a negative review. Only then did she offer the case for free, but by that point, I had lost all confidence in their customer service and refused the offer. I absolutely do not recommend this store or its staff. Poor product quality, even worse service. Avoid.”
