“No one greets you when you walk into this store—ever. I stopped by last week to make an appointment and stood around while employees ignored me. After a few minutes, I had to approach someone myself just to get help. I was able to book an appointment, but the experience didn’t improve from there. When I came back for my appointment, it was the exact same situation. I walked in and was completely ignored. No greeting, no direction, nothing. I stood there awkwardly until one of the doctors happened to notice me while briefly stepping out of her office. She asked if I had checked in and pointed me to the front desk. How am I supposed to know I need to check in when no one acknowledges me? A business that runs on appointments should be aware of who’s arriving and have someone at the front to manage that. Basic customer service is clearly missing here. At the desk, I was asked if I had completed an online questionnaire. No one mentioned this when I booked the appointment, so of course I hadn’t. That’s something that should be clearly communicated ahead of time. Instead, I had to fill out paperwork on the spot. I’m giving 3 stars only because the doctor was friendly and professional. Without her, I would have walked out. I also chose not to buy my glasses there. I went to LensCrafters downstairs instead, where I was greeted immediately and helped right away with purchasing my new glasses.”Read moreShow less

“If I can give it a 0 I would They literally hang up on you on the phone I called 3 times to ask a question, they put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up. I called again and I literally heard them on the other line and then I go hung up on again. Then I got an answer from this rude man, who I presume was the manager and he told me to give him my phone number, I did and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes and never did. He didn’t even have time to take down my number. How this place is still in business is beyond my comprehension”Read moreShow less

“Dr Melissa Gaudet has been my eye doctor as well as my Mom's and Dad's for a very long time. She has always been amazing. My mother had a stroke that caused her to lose her vision. I sent an email to Grieche & Scaff hoping it would get to Dr Gaudet. It did reach her. She called me today and she and I went over things to help my mother. I am so grateful for her. She is not just an amazing eye doctor, she is also an incredibly kind an caring person.”Read moreShow less

“Went to order eye contact thn the price was very expensive so after few hours of ordering i called to cancel.. suddenly they can not refund? I wonder if this is even legal?! As a professional healthcare i will never suggest this place again its really frustrating and will investigate just to make sure my right are respected. The order is still in process its only been 1 day and i only should receive my box of contacts on the next week.
