“Excellent customer service. Walked in to get a new nose pad on my glasses. It felt off while I was visiting in Montreal. They took the time to put a new nose pad and did not charge me anything for the service.”

“My heart is truly full after the experience I had with Greiche & Scaff, especially at the Des Sources location. Let me start with Laura — she is incredibly kind and caring. She took the time to carefully verify my information and conduct my exams with such professionalism and warmth 🫶. Dr. Gurguis Faltas was equally amazing — kind, attentive, and reassuring. He addressed all my concerns thoughtfully and made me feel completely at ease. He also has a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better. I will definitely continue seeing him. Grace, the sales advisor, was very attentive and professional. She made sure I had all the information I needed, accommodated my needs, and helped me find great options. “I came in to replace the temple tips of my glasses (it’s only a little piece of plastic). I asked for roughly what the price would be, I was told it would be more than 100$ for sure. “Just putting them in place is 75$, and if we add the delivery fees, it’ll be more 100$”. I started considering buying a new pair altogether at this point. Later in the week, I went into the Greiche and Scaff at Atwater, they told me “it’s just a piece of plastic, we order it, and then we place it”, I paid 13.65$. “I went in today with a broken pair of glasses that I purchased years ago from another chain. Not only did they repair the frame (as best they could) they also didn't charge me anything :) Very friendly staff.”

My daughter’s glasses broke today, and when I called to ask if the warranty was still valid, they were able to help me right away—even just over the phone.
