“Was visiting Montreal and my wife noticed a screw had fallen out of the one the arms of her glasses. Trying to to find a place that could possibly help walked into this mall, the first place I tried told me $10 for a little screw. Decide to use Google to see if there was anything else on the area and Greiche & Scaff came up. Walked in and Constante, was serving a customer. She asked me if I need anything, after explaining my issue she told me to leave the glasses with her and come back in 30 mins. Constante was awesome! “I know it has been already 2 months since my appointment at this location but I felt that is important to write the review of my experience at this location. I went here because it closed to my job and because of the positive experience that I had a Carrefour Angrignon where the service was exceptional. My appointment was on the 10th of Dec 2025. As soon as I arrived there the lady tag was on the desk wearing glasses which I imagine is a technician because she was the one that did the eye exam was quite rude, she kept changing to English through our all conversations even if I was speaking to her in French. While doing the test, she didn’t disinfect a single machine, she didn’t explained most of the test, she didn’t not adjusted the machines to make me more comfortable when doing the test. While doing one test my eye was very sensitive and i didn’t see much of what she was asking me to look and she was so rude about it. I found her extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. While I was waiting to see the doctor in the waiting chairs there was a client that left her personal items on the chair and the staff make such a drama about it during 15 minutes at least in front of the other clients instead of just approaching to the client and ask her politely to take her items into the room with her. When I came back to order my contact lenses julien was so friendly and kind. He did have a good chromed service and I would dare to say he is the only one in this location that know what good customer service is . And again when i came back to pick up my lenses i was served by a man who also treated me quite poorly, not even offered me to sit. Very disappointed of the experience that I had in this location and even more when i compared to the great experiences i always have a Carrefour Angrignon. “I had an eye exam appointment today, and the entire experience was disappointing. The optometrist, Khanh Le, was very unprofessional. He spoke to me in a passive-aggressive manner, which made the appointment uncomfortable. If working with the public isn’t something he enjoys, then interacting directly with patients may not be the right fit. After the exam, I received my prescription which somehow improved over the years? I felt something was off. Later that day, I went elsewhere for another test and I was right. The prescription I was given at this clinic did not match the accurate results from the second exam. This raised serious concerns about the quality of care and accuracy here… The front staff, however, were very kind and welcoming. They even apologized for my experience, which made it seem like they were aware that patients often leave unhappy from Khanh Le. However, a person’s mood should never affect the accuracy of the information given to patients.. Overall, this place lacks professionalism and needs to seriously re-evaluate its procedures and staff. “Exceptional welcome and service! I came in with a minor issue—a missing screw in the arm of my glasses—and they fixed it immediately. The staff was incredibly professional and efficient.
