“Fantastic store and amazing service from Charles. He helped to fix my broken glasses and every time I come in, everyone is super helpful. Also, the optometrist there is wonderful and very nice”

“2x I've gone there, the 1st time experience was I had to return 3x my protective glasses because the model of the glasses were curved and they can't figure out why I was seeing double letters whole wearing it, finally the 3rd time the optometrist figure it out. Second time was the employee made me wait because he's doing data entry which he could do after since I'm the only client and finally they don't have the model of the glasses I was looking for. I'm going to AVOID that branch much as possible. NOT RECOMMENDED to go there my friends !”Read moreShow less

“I stopped by by chance because the color of my eyeglass nose pads had changed, and the gentleman here kindly replaced them for me. “Had broken sunglasses just recently purchased in Italy. One other optician plainly stated - no we can't help you. Walked into Greiche & Staff and Charles fixed them immdiately - free of charge! “I remember coming with my dad to purchase my first pair of glasses. After going home, I noticed the right temple was crooked and the hinge had a crack on it. We came back to ask for a replacement but were told that it was normal for the glasses to have a crooked temple and a crack below the hinge because our heads are not symmetrical. I am no expert but I can guarantee glasses are not supposed to be like shown in the pictures I have attached, especially when paying 350$ for the frame and 150$ for the lenses. They are so crooked that they only fold when the left temple is folded in first.”Read moreShow less
