“10/10. Dr Sabatier was helpful and thorough, and (I believe her name was Juliette) spent time helping answer my questions and helping me with glasses even though I am super indecisive and decided to go back tomorrow after I think and eat lol. Recommended”

“I made an appointment at this place and the guy on the phone said if I’m on social assistance all I needed was to bring my claim slip and my medical card to my appointment, I showed up to the appointment and he asked me for a blue card? and then said that before I showed up I had to call another number. So I ended up going there for nothing! And even if I pay out of pocket for the appointment I’m forced to pay for a test that I don’t want and cant afford.”Read moreShow less

“The staff is down to earth and super helpful. My glasses were broken while I was in the office - my eye vision is very poor and I was about to join a series of meetings in the afternoon - an emergency indeed! However, I found the store close by and ran for help in between the meetings. The girl at the front desk was so nice. She helped fix my glasses in 5’ and they didn’t charge me anything! “I had an absolutely horrible time at this outlet. The optometrist was efficient and my first interaction with Juliette, the employee who helped me, was fine, but everything went downhill from there. I usually don’t write reviews because I don’t want to hurt a business, but this was so bad that I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. After my eye exam, I was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks passed with no updates. So, I stopped by on my way home from work and a male employee, without even checking, told me it would actually take three weeks. Fine, I thought, I would wait. On the third week, I got a call asking if I had cancelled my order, which I hadn’t. Then the employee asked if I wanted to cancel my order! All I could say was, “After three weeks of waiting?!” She then spoke to me as though she was doing me a huge favour by saying she would put my order on "priority". Finally, a month later, I got the call to pick up my glasses. I went to the outlet and at first there was no one at the counter. Fifteen minutes later an employee (not Juliette, another woman) arrived and told me her colleague would help me, but he was not there. I came back after 20 minutes, then 30, and he still hadn't returned. When I asked if he was even coming back that evening, she started yelling at me. I still don’t know why. I understand that people can be tired and frustrated. I even concede that maybe it was a misunderstanding. But the way she spoke to me made it feel like I was begging for a favour instead of collecting the glasses I had already paid $650 for. I went to pick up my glasses and instead I got humiliated! Update: I picked up my glasses from the store the next day, thankfully, Juliette was there and perfectly amicable again, but I ran out of the store as soon as I received my glasses. But my overall experience was absolutely horrible, never going back there.”Read moreShow less
