“I am extremely disappointed with the facial I received. This was, without question, one of the most underwhelming and overpriced spa services I have ever experienced. Several basic components that I would expect from a professional facial were completely skipped, including extractions and meaningful exfoliation to remove dead skin. When I raised my concerns, I was simply told that I “didn’t need” those services. Conveniently, this explanation only came after I questioned why so much of the treatment appeared to be missing. There was little communication throughout the appointment, no discussion about modifying the treatment plan, and no explanation as to why key steps were being omitted. The service felt rushed, incomplete, and nowhere near worth the price charged. If a provider intends to exclude major portions of a facial based on a skin assessment, that should be clearly communicated to the client beforehand—not used as an excuse afterward when the client expresses dissatisfaction. I left feeling exactly the same as when I arrived, except with a much lighter wallet. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about exactly what is included in their treatment before booking.”

“AMAZING! The best experience in different types of massage! All girls are professional. Recently I got Thai Dragon Tendon massage and found it so functional, made me so fresh and feel so much younger! They mixed it with prostate massage as I was always looking for a professional masseuse to do it for me. I am so happy to find this place. So comfortable atmosphere and warm hospitality so I enjoyed my time a lot always. I tried so many spas but finally I can say I never go somewhere else for wasting my time and money. Indeed, the manager is so so respectful and this is the meaning of customer service. They know their job and respect clients. Thank you all for all.”

“Terrible experience. They didn't have the right colour for french tip, and they didn't do the french tip probably. I got my nails done on Friday and one has already come off and it's only Monday! The so called acrylic full set I'm sending and biting the tip and it's lifting off and coming off”

“I rarely write reviews for any business or service but I thought I would this one time. I have been going to Vogue Nails & Spa for about 2 and a half years and the only nail lady I go to is Kiki. Kiki is such an amazing nail technician and never disappoints me. I always get a shellac manicure and Kiki always asks me multiple times if I like the shape of my nails and if she is ever hurting me (which is never). She is the most precise and detailed nail lady I have ever been to and I will continue going to her for years to come. Today she took the time to listen to the 3 colour choices I had since I am very indecisive. She put each colour on one of my nails to see which I liked the best. I highly recommend her! I love my nails that I got done today.”

“I would give 0 star if I could! Worst bio jel I have ever done in my life. Done my nails 10 days ago, nails start to broke in 3 days. It Takes 5 days for them to nailed all from my nails. Went to an another saloon today to take them out , guess what happened??? I had fungus on my nails 🤬 first time happening to my nails, I’m doing biojel for the last 3 years. I’m so so angry! Never ever recommend to anyone , you can see my fungus on my nails from the pictures”

“First time visiting today, it was clean and the staff are amazing! So friendly and the lady who did my nails, Taylor, did a fabulous job!! Came from another nail salon at shops at Don mills that had poor customer service. If the quality continues I will continue booking there! I also noticed that they are constantly stocking and cleaning their equipment 🙌🏽 which is so important to me! Thanks ladies for the great service!”
