“I’d like to start out by saying my own massage was fantastic. However, this place was incredibly unprofessional. My husband and I went for a couples massage. We were the only two in the building and there were at least 5 staff members when we walked in, none of which were in treatments. My husband and I got ready for our massages. A therapist came in and started on me right away… nobody cane for my husband. About 5 minutes in, my therapist yelled something out the door and someone else came in within 45 seconds or so. Then about 5 minutes in, the phone rang in our treatment room and his therapist answered it. Mid treatment. She was literally taking another booking in the middle of his treatment in front of us when I know there were other staff members not in treatment rooms who could have been doing the receptionist job. She eventually hung up, then it rang again, she answered again… then left the room during the call, again leaving him without someone to massage him. She eventually came back. They also talked in another language the entire time to eachother so we couldn’t understand what they were saying, but we also couldn’t relax and enjoy our massages with the constant talking and laughing and leaving the room. At some point, my therapist told me to flip over. When I opened my eyes, I saw the other therapist straddling my husband beside me. She had crawled right into the table and was straddling him… in the same room as his wife. Right next to me. Then at some point his therapist left AGAIN for a third time and returned about 5 minutes later again. My husband had about 15 minutes less of his massage than I did so I figured maybe she would make up for it and rub him a little longer after I was done. Nope. He was charged for the full hour though he did not receive 60 minutes of massage time. We are incredibly unimpressed. Would not return or recommend this place to anyone. Except maybe singe men who want a massage at 9pm for obvious reasons.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been getting massages for the past 10 years, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The level of professionalism was extremely poor. I would not recommend this place—don’t waste your money.”

“Good massage but therapists are quite noisy chatting with each other that my daughter and I couldn’t find our good body relaxation during the swedish massage together in the room. Someone talking near in your ears is not so comforting. Taking phone calls from other customers while on duty to massage you isn’t relaxing as you have to stop for few seconds for the therapist to come to attend to you again. “Amazing massage. I had a very sore neck and shoulder from kayaking over the weekend. I just stopped in to see if they had an opening and they fit me in. Very glad I stopped. Large rooms, lots of space, very clean and organized. Highly recommend.”
