Jim is knowledgeable, patient, and always take the time to understand my symptoms before each session. The treatment is personalized, and I’ve noticed real improvements in my pain and mobility. Highly recommend booking with the other physiotherapists as it’s already hard enough to get an appointment 🤣

I highly recommend RMT Robyn Fashler at Granville Physio. She is patient, professional, and very attentive to my concerns. Her expertise and caring approach have helped greatly with my neck, shoulder, and back tension. Thank you, Robyn, for your excellent care!

I have been dealing with right arm pain and my shoulder bugging me for over a year. Put it on the back burner hoping it would get better, it never did...until I saw Jim! He was awesome, right away I knew I was in good hands and had gone to the right guy! He's extremely knowledgeable, he knew exactly what was wrong, turns out it was my rotator cuff. It's been a week and it's night and day difference. Strongly recommend going to go see him and his team!!

Over time, I have had a few issues — all unique, all unrelated — that required help for my body from a qualified physiotherapist. I have seen Cheryl every instance, and each time, have been reminded of my good fortune in having access to her knowledge and skill; she has a keen ability to quickly diagnose a required remedy. She listens, she prescribes, she adjusts accordingly — all the while being as personable as she is professional. She tailored programs specifically for me. She worked with me to heal my injuries — and that’s the thing, she didn’t just direct — she worked in partnership with me. This has been an important and key element in my recoveries. I believe sincerely that just as Cheryl has been a wonderful asset to my health and well being, she would be similarly so to anyone else. If you are in need of an exceptional physiotherapist, please do go and see Cheryl.

I went to Granville Physio with neck pain that was radiating down my arm into my hand. It was constant and affecting my sleep and ability to work at a computer. They diagnosed it as a nerve-related issue coming from my neck and treated it with a combination of IMS (dry needling), manual therapy, and exercise. Everything was clearly explained, which gave me confidence in the plan. After a few sessions, the arm pain started to settle, and over the next few weeks my neck mobility and strength improved significantly. The tingling and pain are now gone, and I’m back to normal activity. This is the first treatment that actually resolved it instead of just giving temporary relief. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with neck pain going into the arm.

I went to Granville Physio for severe shoulder pain and was diagnosed with calcific rotator cuff tendinitis. I could barely lift my arm overhead and even sleeping was painful. The treatment plan included shockwave therapy, hands-on manual treatment, and a structured exercise program. They explained exactly what the calcium buildup was doing and how the treatment would break it down and restore movement. Within a few sessions, my pain started improving, and over the following weeks my range of motion came back significantly. Now I’m back to normal activity and sleeping pain-free. This was far more effective than anything else I had tried — highly recommend if you’re dealing with shoulder calcification.

I had been dealing with plantar fasciitis for almost a year and tried everything — rest, orthotics, stretching — nothing worked long-term. At Granville Physio, they used a combination of shockwave therapy, manual treatment, and a structured exercise program. It finally addressed the root cause instead of just masking the pain. Within a few sessions, I noticed a real difference, and over time the pain completely settled down. I can now get through the day and even exercise without that sharp heel pain. If you’ve tried other things and they haven’t worked, this place is different.

I’ve been a client at Granville Physio for years now and that says a lot. Some people might think going back regularly means something isn’t getting fixed, but honestly I’m just a bit of a physio junkie. IMS needling keeps me moving and helps me stay ahead of issues before they become bigger problems. What really stood out to me today was the attention to detail. I mentioned I wanted the same number of needles as last session and they actually went back and checked my previous treatment to make sure it was consistent. That level of care and tracking is something you don’t see everywhere. It’s clear this clinic genuinely cares about patients and keeps thorough records to provide thoughtful, effective treatment every time. Highly recommend Granville Physio.

Pro: Jim provides great physio services to help with my chronic issues. Con: Jim has limited availability and very hard to book.

I’ve been seeing Damien Wild for years, and I can honestly say he’s a wizard when it comes to the human body. He has an uncanny ability to pinpoint the root cause of my pain, even when it seems unrelated or unlikely. Time and time again, his insights and treatments have made a huge difference in my recovery and overall health. I trust him completely, and I always walk away feeling better, both physically and mentally. Highly recommended.
