“Sophie is the best! I always book my massages with her because every appointment is both incredibly relaxing and effective at relieving any pain or tension I've been experiencing. She's kind, attentive, and takes the time to understand what's been bothering me before tailoring the treatment to address those concerns. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling like she's truly helped resolve the issue. Every massage leaves me feeling noticeably less tense, more relaxed, and so much better overall. “Sophie is an incredible RMT. Not only does she offer a very safe space for treatment she listens to you and will give you exactly what you want/needed & exceed everytime. She has the natural ability to be able to feel out your knots, soreness, tightness, pains ect. and she always knows how to apply the exact pressure for your specific goals/body EVERY TIME. I always walk in feeling anxious, tension, achy and stiff and always leave feeling relaxed to the max, feeling good, rejuvenated and grounded. Sophie listens without judgement, is super easy to carry a conversation with if your a talker or she can also be an expert at relaxing you, making you melt into her massage bed & have you falling into a deep relaxed tranquik state. Dreamy.💤 Sophie is worth every min and penny you spend. Do yourself a favor and book in a treatment. Treat yo self it will speak for itself. Sophie you are like sunshine & a fresh breath of air. “Sophie is lovely!! My experience with her was the best experience I've had with an RMT in Kelowna. She is kind & warm hearted, and creates a very comfortable & calming environment with her practice. She checked in during the massage to ask if I wanted more/less pressure, which is always appreciated. Even with a busy day, she made sure to cover everything before and after my massage, going as fas as writing out some findings & suggestions for me to use to further my pain relief. “Sophie has been my wife and I's massage therapist for a few years now and her treatments are outstanding! She is kind, professional and has a deep knowledge base. “Sophie has been my RMT now for 7 years. Sophie is excellent at her profession and outstanding with deep tissue massage! She has an amazing ability to detect the exact muscles that are causing me pain. She also is fantastic at getting the perfect amount of pressure needed to relieve my aching muscles. I work in the dental industry and we are known for bad necks and shoulders. Sophie has enabled me to continue practicing my profession without discomfort.
