“My son was seen in March for early testing for ADHD. The visit was fine. The doctor and staff were friendly. During the visit I was told there would be a referral sent for a sleep study but it would take a couple months before I would hear from them as they are really busy. Fast forward to October and I still hadn't heard anything. I've emailed the office and called with no response. That was two weeks ago. I feel going through my family doctor will get better results. At least they answer their phone/call you back.”Read moreShow less

“Unfortunately, we're sad to see the Oshawa site move to Ajax (the Oshawa site was 5 minutes away from our home), but it's easily accessible via the 401 and 412 coming from the east end of Durham Region (even during the morning commute). We've always loved and appreciated Grandview Kids and their services - they are a staple in our community, and we'll always continue to support what they offer to children. The new building is beautiful - the space it offers to children and parents is fantastic.”Read moreShow less

“I have had nothing but difficulty with Grandview since their original location in Oshawa. Your lucky if you even get some sort of government funded therapy out of them. Paid services are an absolute joke and way over priced compared to other private practices if you can even receive them(my child has been waitlisted for three years for paid OT). And when you have difficulty accessing services they discharge you. You also very rarely have a chance to see a pediatrician or even speak with them. There are way better facilities out there in Durham with more availability and resources.”Read moreShow less

“I really wish the staff at the main entrance front desk would be more efficient and fast when I show up with a child with autism who is pulling and tugging. Thank God the OT therapist came to meet me and the front desk was still trying to figure out their job. I gave the name of my child and the name of the therapist and they still couldn’t figure it out. I was walking away with my child’s therapist and the lady at the front desk was standing up and trying to stop me like I was doing something wrong. I wish I didn’t have to go back”Read moreShow less
