“I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Grande Prairie Eye Care for two appointments now, and both experiences have far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm, personable, and professional approach. They go out of their way to ensure that every detail is taken care of and that patients feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Carolina Navarrete is absolutely outstanding. She took the time to walk me through each step of my exam, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and incredibly reassuring. I never felt rushed—she answered all of my questions thoroughly and even created a clear follow-up plan to ensure my eye health is well looked after in the future. “I've been coming to the clinic for a few years and I am very grateful to doctor Navarrete because she basically saved my life. She gave me some encouraging words for my diabetes and after seeing her a changed and now I feel like I have a new life. So it's more than just getting my eyes examined it's my health that has been renewed because of her encouraging words and because of that I feel 100% better. “I had a wonderful experience at Grande Prairie Eye Clinic. I just came from there a few minutes ago, to check if I needed a new prescription. I did. Everyone there was welcoming, helpful, and professional. From the reception, where I was delighted to see two ladies that looked like they might have been siblings... but you could never guess their actual relation... to the various technicians, secretary, and Dr. Naverrete, I felt cared for and my eye issues were handled with evident knowledge and proactive support. This includes their effort to learn as much as possible about my eye history, to understand my usual use of the eye in my professional and personal time, and to tailor solutions to fit my needs as well as my budget.
