“Valerie is incredible at what she does! Very thorough and determined to make the pain and discomfort go away for her patients, including me! I also had Erin for massage and she is also incredible! They not only treat you but educate you at the same time which is so helpful in understanding the purpose of each exercise and treatment. We were especially grateful to find they treated vertigo issues and successfully put and end to my husbands diizziness and instability preventing falls and worse We especially appreciate our therapists Inigo .Daral and Mary Makhlouf who have helped us improve greatly! “My visits to Grand River Physiotherapy-Trailside were excellent. I was able to book my first appointment within a day of my online request. Valerie and her student, Gillian, assessed my shoulder issues and started me on a series of at home daily exercises plus they did massage and ultrasound procedures in house. Within a couple of weeks I saw a huge improvement of painless flexibility and strength returning to my arm and shoulder. The staff were wonderful to work with and most accommodating when setting up appointments. Valerie was great to explain the care she was giving me and how it was affecting the healing process. I highly recommend Grand River Physio for anyone needing therapy. Thanks, Valerie, for getting my shoulder back to normal. Starr Lindsey”
