“I was having really bad neck issues and wasn’t quite sure what to do or where to go. I was referred to Tim Sylvester at Grace family chiropractic and learned a lot about the spine and how we can get out of alignment. It’s very important as people may not understand because your spine is connected to all your nerves in your body, and you can have a huge effect on how your body is feeling. If you’re out of alignment, the spinal cord is like a rubber band and get stretched and tensed. Causing things to not run properly. A lot of issues come from the spine. I had x-rays done and could clearly see why I was feeling the way I was. If you choose to go to Grace Family chiropractic they can find a lot out about maybe things that you have been having trouble with that pills can’t fix. Also, Tim is very knowledgable and will teach you about your body and why it’s important to see the chiropractor and be aligned. Since I’ve started going I already feel a difference in my neck and my whole nervous system. Please consider chiropractic therapy. It’s more important than people understand. “Dr. Tim Silvester and the Grace Family Chiropractic clinic found me. My chronic back issues had worsened and I was in a lot of discomfort when I saw an opportunity offered on FaceBook. I pursued it and am very glad I did. The initial offer was for x-rays and an assessment. This was followed by a personal review of my spine and the development of a treatment plan. After the 3rd treatment I felt relief and it has continued to improve. I have also engaged the massage therapist, Louisa Cirimele, who gave me a very good massage. I will definitely return. I have also engaged Dr. Judith Snider to help with some issues I have which the medical field is having difficulty sorting out. The office is professional and efficiently run by helpful, friendly staff. “I had injured my back severely Jan 2nd while shoveling snow. I am no stranger to back pain and issues but this one felt different and I finally decided I needed professional help. With my 40th looming and 2 young kids that rely on me I knew enough was enough. I had happened across a video ad on Facebook with Dr. Tim. I had always avoided the chiropractor in the past out of fear of more damage being done because after years I didn't know the extent of damage. When I limped into Grace Family Chiropractor walking with a cane, they staff were so very warm and welcoming. The approach doctor Tim takes is different than what I've seen. You can tell he really cares about the people that he treats. After they did the digital xrays and went over the results with me, I knew I was in the right hands. Ive been seeing Dr. Tim for about a month and a half now and my life has changed drastically for the better. Things I hadn't been able to do or shied away from for years I can do now. I would recommend Dr. Tim and Grace Family Chiropratic for anyone. You don't need to be suffering to benefit from chiropratic care. “I have been a chiropractic patient for over 50 years. Since moving to orillia I have been in need of a chiropractor and that need has been fulfilled by Dr. Tim. I have trouble with range of motion in my neck and his care has improved this about 80%. I hope to improve even more. “My husband and I (64 & 67 years old) started our journey with Dr. Tim at Grace Family Chiropractic back in September 2025. I had been having stiffness and pain in my lower back and my neck for many years. I had always been a little nervous about seeing a Chiropractor but I can honestly say that since my treatments began with Dr, Tim I have noticed great improvement in my neck and lower back. The stiffness in my neck is a good 80% better than it was when we started and my hips don't lock up on me as much as they use to after sitting for too long. Dr. Tim and his staff are wonderful people who really care for their patients wellbeing and going through this program has been one of the best decisions we could have made. “After being in pain for so long and visiting 2 other chiropractors and trying acupuncture I was giving up and taking pills to get through the day. Couch serving on night on Facebook I saw Dr Tim's ad for an assessment and figured we'll why not. From the first visit the whole team was kind and caring. After 3 months of following his program I do not take pain meds or nerve blockers anymore. I still have work to do but have a noticeable change in my daily movement. “Nicola and the team have been amazing. I am forever grateful to have found Grace Family Chiropractic to help me with realigning my spine. Dr Tim is a fantastic chiropractor, and he takes the time to give a thorough explanation of my condition and is an overall friendly person to deal with.
