“I came to GoodSheppard Physiotherapy with really bad neck pain, and I'm so glad I did. They were friendly, professional and really knew what they were doing. They explained things in a way I could understand. After a few sessions my neck feels so much better, and I can sleep and move without pain. “A friend of mine had been suffering from one-sided back pain for a year. He was unable to do any work due to the pain. I took him to GoodSheppard Physiotherapy clinic, where Chris examined his back and explained the nature of the pain, detailing which areas of the body were affected. We were both surprised because he had consulted other doctors who just advised him to rest, but the pain was increasing daily. After a few treatments, Chris provided him with some exercises, and now he is completely better. He has also returned to work. “Lady at the front desk is terribly rude. You’d think they’d be a little nicer to the patients considering we already have enough going on physically. I went for a follow up appointment for my lower back Chris told me before leaving give my new family doctors info to the front desk so I did.. she told me she couldn’t send my results to my family doctor then after explaining to me in a hostile tone that she can only send it to the person who sent the referral(which was an emergency room doctor that you can’t get ahold of everyone knows that) she then tells me that I didn’t say I wasn’t going to send it to him (again rudely) after she just finished telling me she can’t send it to him and then she cut me off and told me to have a great day byeee when I was still trying to talk to her to insure that my doctor was going to get the report… considering I don’t have the physical strength to be running around to get my results.
