“Believe the reviews and don’t bother going. Called repeatedly to confirm hours, their system is automated and they don’t bother to update any changes. After spending money on an Uber to get there, was told the walk in clinic was closed today. Is there even so much as a sign on the door? An update on the site? A voicemail. Nope. Just let patients travel from wherever and find out when they arrive. Yea that’s what a “good doctor” would do. Smh. Don’t waste your time.”Read moreShow less

“My first experience here was great so I booked another appointment with them from 4:15 - 4:30. This is the latest time slot they allow for appointments but they do not close until 5. I work across town until 3:40 and am not able to leave early so I drove straight over and made it at 4:16 (1 minute late). The doctor turned me away and said he could not see me as I was late and they expect you to arrive early for appointments. Mind you, the confirmation email or website has no policy about arriving early. There was also nobody else in the waiting room to see that doctor as a walk-in. My appointment time was from 4:15 - 4:30 so I should still have had 14 minutes left of my booked time. I don’t understand what the point of booking a time slot is if they can decide that they no longer want to see you in that time. Not very accommodating or professional at all. “Went on my lunch to get a prescription filled, the staff was nice. I told them the prescription and that it was the low dose. They filled it for the regular so the pharmacy would not fill the prescription. They messaged the clinic and they did not respond so I had to go to a different clinic to get the prescription again. “Called to make an appointment with a doctor the receptionist said they don't have any doctors. So I asked if she knew where I could go to see a doctor and she said no and hung up on me. Why is it called good doctors if there are NO DOCTORS??”
