“I booked a massage appointment at Goldsworthy Wellness Centre after injuring my back at work and needing treatment urgently before returning to work. Shortly before my appointment, I was first told the therapist was sick and that I needed to reschedule. I later received another email admitting the real reason was concern over my email alias. I use Proton Pass aliases for privacy and spam protection, which is a normal security practice today. Instead of simply asking me about the alias or clarifying, they cancelled my appointment entirely based on assumptions. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism and honesty. I lost valuable time trying to rebook care for a legitimate work injury because they cancelled last minute and initially gave me a different explanation. A simple conversation could have cleared everything up immediately. I understand therapists deserve to feel safe, but judging a paying customer over an automatically generated privacy email alias without even asking questions was disappointing and unnecessary.”

“I highly recommend this clinic especially for chiropractic and massage therapy. I've always had a very pleasant experience since the last couple of years. Thanks in no small part to Dr. Mirela and Ms. Olivia. They have equally been very thorough, supportive and professional in addressing my concerns leaving a highly effective and lasting impression particularly on my own well-being. A couple of bonuses for me is the proximity of the clinic from my home plus the seniors discount. I just hope that these positively delightful experiences do not change anytime soon!”

“I just had treatment from Dr Mirella and massage from Olivia, I can't say enough praise for both of them. I'm not taking away from Dr. Adrienne, she is fantastic as well. Both extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I had a quad muscle that has been in spasm for over 10 years and Olivia had it released in about 5 minutes. “I have been your customer on and off for years but today I had THE most amazing massage ever and decided to tell others! Olivia is only a young therapist and I was first skeptical though she is a very great masseuse! I had a horrible headache and I came out with tears of joy because she made it all go away.
