“I had a great first experience. NuMotion's location is nice, central, and easy to find. Her studio space is clean and welcoming. Her technique was great: she found some tight spots with gentle pressure and worked them out. She also had me do some movements that helped get into some deeper spots and explained what she was doing before which made me comfortable. It was also great that she can do direct billing. “I forgot to post my review from my massage with Cherie on Jan 22, 2021. I had been skiing for 2 weeks and one morning I completely pulled my back out - just before a 4 day snow cat trip. Any movement and mobility was excruciating. I barely made to my appointment and Cherie was amazing! So kind and helpful. Cherie knew exactly what to do and how treat me and after 90 minutes of work, she was able to release the muscle spasms, eliminate the pain and I was back on my feet. Tenderly for a day or so, but I made it. I was able to start my cat tour the next day and by day 2, I was back to my normal self. Cherie is the first person I will call and go back to every time. “I have had pain and tightness in my lower back and shoulder for so long. Cherie worked on me for 90 minutes and I honestly felt so much lighter and looser. I could bent and move with little to no pain and it lasted for weeks. She was so mindful of my comfort levels during the treatment and even gave me a follow up message to see how I was feeling. “I had heard that Cherie Devlin was doing a different kind of treatment called RAPID. Although I enjoy the relaxation massages I was looking to get some muscles released that were always very tight, I have had a hip replacement this new RAPID treatment sure does the trick. “I went to see Cherie for help with my shoulders and she did a wonderful job! Very professional, very thorough. Cherie wasn't afraid to put pressure into the points where it was needed, but she always checked to make sure I was comfortable and ok with the treatment. It seemed she knew exactly what to do and where to work on my body. She also did a great job with my health history questionnaire, making sure she was aware and paying attention to any concerns or special notions. Within one session, Cherie was able to significantly reduce my pain levels associated with tight shoulders, and I am going to see her again.
