“I had an amazing experience at Golden Beauty Bar! My mom and I both got our eyebrows done and had laser treatments. She uses a special laser machine that worked very well for my dark skin tone, and it made my skin look brighter and smoother. “Dec 22 2025 I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Gold Beauty Bar in Cold Lake. I saved up for a long time to spend $525 on 1 full syringe of filler for my marionette lines, but after two weeks, there is absolutely no visible difference. I have had this procedure done elsewhere with a single full syringe and seen great results. This time, the technique felt incorrect; the injector repeatedly poked the needle in and out rather than placing the needle into the area and maneuvering it around until the product was in the correct place. Most of the filler seemed to end up in a "chunk" at the bottom corner of my chin—a useless spot for marionette lines—leaving a large bruise and no correction where I actually needed it. What is most upsetting is the lack of communication. While they were incredibly fast to reply when I was booking, they have completely ignored two detailed emails (including daily progress photos) asking for a resolution. I truly liked the staff’s personality, but for $525, I expected professional results and basic customer service when things went wrong. I have time-stamped photos of the entire process to back this up. I would not recommend this clinic for filler or their clinic in edmonton called flawless skin clinic. I am not a person to leave comments unless they are positive but this has been very upsetting.”Read moreShow less

“Just went for underarm and Brazilian laser hair removal. I had this done more than 7years ago and I can tell that the technology has improved so much. It was super smooth, my questions were answered and the treatment itself was awesome. I can't say it is totally pain free, as you can't expect laser hair removal in these areas to be pain free, but it was smooth sailing, barely felt anything. Thanks for the great service! “10/10 salon. I started with just a facial and after seeing the professionalism being executed in this salon I decided to come back for laser treatment.
