“I went back and forth on whether or not to make a review however, it bothered me enough to do so. I went to get a lash fill and where normally, I can relax and have a quick nap - which doesn’t happen very often as a mom, did not happen at this appointment. It was my first time here as I have a different lash lady that travels down to the area every month. I laid down on what looked to be some sort of towel under my head which ultimately became very uncomfortable and hurt my head during the appointment, I had to keep moving my head to try to relieve some of the pain. Then when I did fall asleep, it was short lived as I was woken up by a loud vacuum, one of the other girls decided to vacuum during my appointment, right beside me, even hit the table slightly I was laying on and when they (I’m assuming from sounds) emptied the vacuum into the garbage, the garbage lid made a loud sound that startled me as well. When I let out a frustrated sigh, I couldn’t see the faces of the girls working but the one with the vacuum said sorry and it sounded like the one who was doing my lashes chuckled a little. “I had such an amazing experience today! From the moment I walked in, Jessica made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and she explained everything in a way that made me feel confident in the treatment. The facial itself was incredible :) The massage alone was so relaxing, I didn’t want it to end. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and takes pride in her work. “We had such an amazing experience at Glowexx Beauty Bar in Spruce Grove. Myself and my 2 friends went in for matching friend tattoos with Melissa. Melissa was absolutely wonderful, so kind, friendly, and fun. We spent the whole appointment chatting, laughing and felt completely comfortable the entire time. She was super thorough with sanitizing and cleanliness between each of our tattoos, which made us feel really safe and cared for.
