“What and absolute beautiful gem of a spa, located right in the heart of Kingston. I drive an hour to get here, but absolutely worth it. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. The spa is exceptionally clean, I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The thermotheraphy experience was very relaxing and my favorite is the essential oil steam room. The snack charcuterie is a nice added touch and was delicious. Now for the best for last. Kristine Moncur (RMT) is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly, professional and listened to my concerns. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and her technique is top notch. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Thank you Kristine. Booking online is very easy and convenient and I like the reminder text/ email I receive before your appointment time. Absolutely love it here, and becoming a regular quickly. “I love coming here. I've had oodles of positive experiences, from Nurse Colleen helping to remove skin oddities that made my teen uncomfortable, to treatments to help me feel better of a variety of kinds - my favourites have been the head massages (HOLY MOLY) and all of the extra TLC and love I experience when I have my regular facial treatments with Liliana. “Over the past several months, I have had the opportunity for a massage, a facial, and the thermotherapy experience. We are so fortunate to have this wonderful spa right downtown. The facilities are clean and well-appointed. Every staff member I have interacted with has been professional and polite, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. “Kristine is an amazing massage therapist! I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. The spa facilities /thermal cycle is a bit "cheap" looking though and not the cleanest, and the location is not the best if you want to fully immerse yourself in relaxation.”

“This was my 2nd visit to Glow. My first experience was amazing with the Serenity package. I was very impressed with the staff, and particularly the very quiet “no talk” and relaxing atmosphere. Amy gave me another massage today and I’m in heaven! She’s an excellent RMT, and has an intuitive sense of the human body, what areas need a little more attention, where to go deep and when to be gentle. “This spa is truly stunning, offering a serene escape right in the heart of Main Street. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the inviting reception area and the warm, friendly staff who made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. I booked a relaxation massage and was delighted with the overall experience. The massage bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was thoughtfully designed with soft, calming lighting and soothing music that set the perfect mood for unwinding. My therapist maintained excellent communication throughout the session, ensuring I felt at ease and that the pressure was just right. While I left feeling happily relaxed, one detail did slightly detract from the experience. My therapist had a noticeable smell of smoke on her hands, which became apparent when she worked on my shoulders. This was a bit distracting and took away from the otherwise impeccable ambiance and care.
