“Lauren is absolutely fantastic! She supported me from the second trimester of my pregnancy, through to post partum. She made my pregnancy so much more comfortable, the labour much smoother, and I had a fast recovery. She has such a wealth of knowledge and experience about all things pregnancy and babies, it was so reassuring to have her support along this journey. “Lauren was instrumental in preparing my body for the delivery of my son and supporting my recovery afterward. Knowing my baby was breech, she thoughtfully modified exercises to suit my situation. After my C-section, she provided tailored exercises, complete with videos, which helped me recover quickly and safely. Some of the exercises were challenging, but they paid off—I was back in the gym for a gentle workout just five weeks postpartum. As a runner, I also appreciated the return-to-running program she shared. With Lauren’s guidance, I was able to start running easy kilometres without pain or discomfort after my doctor cleared me. A C-section is a major surgery, but my recovery went so smoothly thanks to Lauren’s knowledge, encouragement, and personalized approach. “I cannot say how much support Lauren gave me from the very beginning. Patient, professional, detail oriented, exceptional at what she does, kind and extremely helpful. She truly raised the bar for me.. Coming from a family of physicians I can tell between a good practitioner vs a great practitioner.
