“My son’s appointment was originally for a tongue-tie assessment, but the team kindly assessed his tooth issue as well. Ava was wonderful and made the X-ray process easy for my son. Dr. Fran was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The receptionists were also great, answerjng all my questions and explaining the treatment plan and costs. “Our experience at Glow Pediatric Dentistry was exceptional. Every staff member was kind, professional, and caring. The dentist did a terrific job—my child had fillings and an extraction with absolutely no pain and didn't even need pain medication afterward. He was back to himself the same day with no complications. As a parent, I couldn't be happier with the care we received. “We were referred to Glow for a frenuloplasty/tongue tie consult for my 3 year old. Dr.Fran was amazing, his bedside manner with our son was so great! He made him feel very comfortable and he also took the time to answer all of our questions, was very informative about the procedure and post op as well. As a mom I felt feeling calmer about the whole thing versus when I entered. His receptionist team were also super friendly to deal with over the phone, and they were able to provide me all the info I needed regarding costs after the consult. “I'm a mom of 2 under 2 and I must say I was very nervous to take both girls at the same time for their first dentist appointment. I was more than impressed with the Team at Glow Pediatric Dental. From the moment you step in, there are so welcoming and the rest just keeps getting better. Of course the little ones were a bit cranky but, the team was so relaxed and handled them both with so much care. “I had a fantastic experience with Dr Fran and his incredible assistant Bailey. My 6 week old baby had a lip tie and tongue tie that required treatment as he struggles with severe reflux. When I googled the frenectomy procedure it made me extremely anxious, but Dr Fran and Bailey are a dream team! They are friendly, professional, and the laser procedure was very quick! They kept my little man calm and comfortable throughout our time in the office, and gave clear instructions so I was confident going into our post-op healing period.
