“I found Sarah through google for a blonding experience. Sarah made sure she communicated clearly on how she would get me there but how my hair health was the main priority. She gave me various recommendations and tips to be able to get my hair to the healthiest it has ever been while also getting me to the perfect hair colour that looks amazing even months after. “My girlfriend had her hair done with Sarah last week and honestly I can see why she's booked out. She listens!!! Sounds simple, but so many hairdressers don't. Instead of saying "yeah we can do that", Sarah explained what would actually suit my girlfriend's hair and what would keep it healthy. My girlfriend has textured hair and said she felt completely comfortable because Sarah knew exactly how to work with it. The colour came out amazing!!!! She didn't feel like she'd just paid for a colour. She felt like she'd spent the day with someone who genuinely wanted her hair to stay healthy. Definitely worth the wait.”Read moreShow less

“unfortunately my experience was disappointing due to lack of communication. i reached out regarding a color correction service and initially had a positive conversation. After providing photos of my hair and the questions they asked, communication stopped completely. I followed up the next day during business hours for a follow up, and again never received a response. I completely understand if a service isn’t something you’re comfortable with taking on, but i would have appreciated the courtesy of a quick message letting me know rather than being left without any answer. She took the time during our extension consultation to discuss the install, cost, aftercare, and answered any and all questions I had about the process as it was entirely new to me. I left that day feeling very confident, and I am so glad I put my trust in her! She nails my dimensional brunette colour every time, and I get so many compliments about my hair! “Sarah is an absolute magician!!! Not only did she give me the most beautiful set of extensions, she brought my heat damaged ends to match the roots in a feat of magic. She ALWAYS takes the time to ensure proper hair health and as a result my hair has never been happier and healthier. “I had my hair colored by Abbie, and I had a lovely experience. The salon was clean, modern and cozy. The staff were friendly and the two little pups that love to cuddle up on your lap make the experience even more enjoyable. I left it up to Sarah and her team to give me a copper color she felt would suit my skin tone and eyes and she picked a perfect color. Abbie delivered it beautifully!
