“I was extremely happy with my experience yesterday. It was my first visit to this clinic. The receptionists were lovely and got me booked in the same day. Dr Strachan was great! “I’ve been seeing Nhu for acupuncture for over 10+ years she’s absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable, I’ve seen her before I became a mama, during all 4 of my pregnancies and after! Recently we’ve been working on my severe TMJ and in just a few treatments I’ve felt significant relief, I send all of my friends and family to see her. “Dysfunctional and ineffective. Today I arrived for treatment and the receptionist didn’t even recognize my presence. Was more concerned with her computer than an actual person standing in front of her! I sat down and after being ignored for over 10 minutes i realized I was completely in the wrong place and i walked out. “I highly recommend this office from the front desk staff to the specialists. I see Dr Tony for back and knee issues. I can honestly say that of all the Chiro treatments I’ve received from ON to BC to AZ to Edmonton, he is the most thoughtful, thorough and well rounded in his approach. He listens, teaches and treats with an emphasis on exercises outside the clinic and analysis of the issues. Above all he is personable and focused. “Just came home from a pretty disappointing massage from Paula. I came in wanting a relaxing experience but left feeling not taken care of and not listened to. I’ve been feeling stressed and had tension from various areas on my body as I had mentioned from my consultation prior to my massage. However, in the duration of my massage (45 minutes!) my masseuse focused only on my traps. (one area of the 3 that I wanted my massage to be focused on). I think the service is great and the environment as well. But just as equally (if not more) important is to listen to your client’s needs by having a thorough consultation and making sure their needs and expectations are met, which in my case was not.”Read moreShow less

“From the always friendly front desk staff to the great team (special shout out to Dr Strachan, who, is a miracle worker and more than once has helped me go from being close to immobile to able to comfortably move again), a top notch facility. Booking is easy, and, can be done via phone, in person or online. Facility is always sparkling clean and unlike other chiropractor's I had been to, Dr. Strachan always take the time to listen to what you say and adjust his course of treatment based on how you feel and what you need.
