“I had a great experience as a new patient at Glenora Circle Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Amber at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help organize my insurance coverage and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Alyssa was friendly, efficient, and thorough while taking my X-rays. She took the time to explain what was happening and provided helpful information about my dental health. Dr. J was exceptional. He carefully walked me through his treatment plan, explaining the importance of building a strong dental foundation before moving forward with any cosmetic work. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. He made me feel valued as a patient and reassured me that I would be well taken care of throughout the entire process. The entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. “5 stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The facility is brand spanking new and squeaky clean. The dental assistant Linda is very patient and knowledgeable and answers all of your questions and concerns. I was in a MVA (motor vehicle accident) and the clinic made it super easy to get all the assessments done and the best part is that they directly bill to the insurance so paying out of pocket and haggle with the insurance for the reimbursement. “I had such a great experience at Glenora Circle Dental. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was incredibly nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and very professional. Dr. J is honestly amazing so patient, understanding, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. “I just visited the clinic for the first time for a SureSmile consultation. I’ve received a handful of consults now for various clear aligner programs and have noticed a trend of impersonal approaches and very fast in-n-out treatment pitches with a rather immediate pressure to commit financially. However, everything about my appointment today was a breathe of fresh air, nothing like my previous experiences. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants, and especially Dr. J himself, all of the staff are so kind and personable. My consultation involved a 3D scan of my teeth and a thorough follow up with all of my questions thoughtfully answered. I feel most confident placing my care in the hands of this clinic. The staff and their treatment of patients is as beautiful as the physical clinic itself. “I always have the same dentist and dental hygienist, which I really appreciate. Exceptionally friendly and professional. The office is beautifully kept and comfortable with a beverage fridge with bottled water, juice boxes… something for everyone. Best of all the equipment is top shelf. Making going to my dentist appointment so much more comfortable. All staff are friendly, helpful, lovely people. “My first visit to Glenora Circle Dental was due to an emergency, and it was a great experience. Starting from the reception the place looks like you’re in your home because it’s so cozy, also receptionists girls were all so caring and professional that just put you at ease. Dr. Jalal and his assistants are great. He is what you would expect and more. He makes you feel welcomed and relaxed while the procedure is being done with the assurance that you are getting the best care and results out there. Don’t get me started on their facility… one should definitely make a visit because if that alone don’t make you stay, I don’t know what will.
