“I’ve been seeing Trish Brunelle at GetMoving Physio since 2008, after a catastrophic car accident in 2004. Over time, I realized physiotherapy wasn’t something I was going to “finish” in a short period of time, it became a lifelong part of my health and maintenance. People often talk about the miracle of surviving something like that, and it absolutely is a miracle. But what doesn’t get talked about enough are the people who become part of your long-term healing journey. Trish is that person for me. Her knowledge, her expertise, and her consistency have carried me through almost two decades of recovery, setbacks, and rebuilding. She has seen me at my worst, and she is still here through all the highs and lows that come with life after a major trauma. That kind of steady care over that long a time is something I really don’t take for granted. In 2017, when I became a mother, her support continued into that chapter of my life as well. During that transition, she also became my doula, which meant a lot to me in a way that’s hard to even put into words. I honestly don’t know how to fully express the gratitude I have for Trish. She’s been part of my lifeline and my healing journey for 18 years. I’ve lived through so many different stages during that time, and she’s been a steady presence through all of them. I can’t imagine walking this path without her support, her care, and her expertise!! 🫶”
